The location is super. There is a tram stop at 2 minutes walking and Garibaldi Station at 10 minutes walking. It is really well connected for those also coming or going to Malpensa. The staff was really nice and room was super. Clean and nice. It was also well isolated - didn't hear a thing all evening/night and I am a light sleeper.

My 1 night stay just to attend a show at the Alcatraz Venue (10 min. Walk) might not be the most helpful, yet here it is. I arrived way earlier than the check in time (around 10:30am vs. the 3pm check in time). I waited until around midday and when I asked about the room, they were kind enough to upgrade my room at no cost so I could check in earlier. The room was spacious and really nice. The bed was comfortable as well as the bathroom, with both a shower and a bathtub. Didn’t get the opportunity to try their breakfast as my flight was leaving early the next day, but from what I had seen when I arrived, it looked really good.

Location was good literally the entry to the station is outside. It’s a smart hotel and rooms are a decent size and furnished well. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Safe hotel.

Very quick check-in process with extremely helpful staff. Good location in walking distance from Gae Aulenti and Corso Como. The room was particularly comfortable and spacious, with a nice view on the neighbourhood and the Milan skyline

All the services one would expect from a very good 4 star hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff from receptionists, to room cleaning to restaurant breakfast service staff.

Had a very nice experience in this hotel. It felt intimate and personal, which isn't always the case with hotels of this dimension. Check in was available before time which was a huge timesaver and we got upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The room had complimentary water bottles, which is always appreciated. Everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good, with quality products. Despite being a bit far from the center, it had good access to public transport.

Room was really comfortable, and the breakfast is superb! Plus they received some packages on my name and saved them until I arrived, which was great!

Nice hotel near Milano Porta Nova Train station, very comfortable and well equipped, at walking distance from good restaurants and 3 metro/train stations.

Excellent and very accommodating staff. Our flight landed early in the morning, so we check in at 8am. The staff managed to get us a room despite being in advance. Room and bathroom are large and clean. Shower water can be very hot which is great in winter. No noise and we had a good sleep. We could not try the breakfast given our early departure but in room service was good.
